IDS Online Collaborative Tools

These are some of the tools talked about in this video: Project Fork – Full features project management interface. We can create projects, track time, share files, schedule task, assign tasks, make milestone, set deadlines and much more with this software. Picasa – Web Albums are now integrated directly into this part of the site. No need to sign into the Picasa account. It can all be access directly from the IDS site. You can still use Picasa software locally on your computer picasa.google.com Shout Box – Integrated live Chat feature webex – Web meeting software with the following features: Share documents, presentations, and applications. www.webex.com • Pass control to anyone in the meeting. • Include video from up to 6 webcams. • Use integrated voip or dial-in conferencing. Social Networking – Members will be able to add a profile and their portfolios.
